The Bible has a lot to say about relationships – husbands and wives, parents and children, employers and workers and so on. One such place is in the Book of Ephesians in chapters 5 and 6. The exact reading can be found at Ephesians 5: 21 through Ephesians 6:9. In this passage, we are admonished to treat people kindly. When we are congenial towards people and handle them with care, these kind gestures are the hallmark of building good and healthy relationships. LDH Needs Your Assistance Selecting Topics for Region 1 Behavioral Health Workshop. Fill out the survey by Friday, Feb. 16, 2024
Good Afternoon,
Please share this information with people who work in Region 1. Thank You
Good Afternoon, Everyone:
LDH’s Bureau of Community Partnerships and Health Equity launched a Health Equity in Action Series (HEIA) in August 2023. HEIA aims to increase people’s understanding about health equity and equip them with tools to address social determinants of health in their work and communities. The series consists of a quarterly in-person event, webinar and master class focusing on a specific topic.
Each quarter, LDH collaborates with its partners to select a topic and location for the in-person events. Several community partners have suggested the Department host a behavioral health training in Region 1 for community health workers (CHWs) and behavioral health professionals.
· To assist us in this effort, we would like to obtain recommendations from you.
· We realize that your time is valuable and hope that CHWs and behavioral health professionals who work in Region 1 will take a few minutes to complete our survey.
· Please click here to complete the survey and complete the survey by Friday, February 16, 2024.
Thank you in advance for your support.
