The Holiday Turkey Give Away

Greetings and Happy Holidays Everyone,

I spoke with some of you on yesterday and last week as just a reminder about The Turkey Holiday Giveaway that’s fastly approaching this Saturday, December 21, 2013, from 10 a.m. until 12 noon. The event will take place at Rejuvenating Concepts, Inc. Office, 3920 Old Gentilly Road, New Orleans, 70126. Mrs. Tate, Founder/Executive Director of Fleur De’Lis Health Care Institute and Rejuvenating Concepts, Inc. Home Care Agency heard the cry of many families who just needed to know someone cares.

Because of her compassion for people she wanted to give back in anyway she could. Mrs. Tate, decided to help as many families possible with their Christmas Dinner by giving them turkey. In this effort Mrs. Tate, has asked everyone to bring a non-perishable food item to help replenish The New Orleans East Food Bank for this holiday season and the coming new year.

I’ve worked with each of in some capacity and know you have a heart to help others.  Please read the attached sponsorship letter that will give you more detail on the event and its needs to be an success. If you want to give in an area that is not on the letter please feel free to do so, we are in need on all levels ( monetary, food for volunteers breakfast & lunch), drinks, water, and of course turkeys). I need your feedback in this matter ASAP so I’ll where we are on donations and sponsorships.

There will be a 2 hour live radio remote hosted by AM 940 where all sponsors will be announced through out the event, because we want the families and  Metro New Orleans to know who open their hearts and wallets so that those in need may have a Merry Christmas Dinner. I would like all donations in-house by Thursday, December 19, so I can have everything in place and in house. I know I can count on you :)!!

Thanking you in advance for your open hearts and generosity,
