Almost 10 years ago local residents gathered to draft a vision for a better Broadmoor. On August 1, 2015, we will celebrate the opening of the newest addition to that master plan.
The Broadmoor Improvement Association (BIA) is proud to announce the official grand opening of the Arts & Wellness Center (AWC), the newest anchor of the Broadmoor Education Corridor. The Corridor represents an integral part of the plan created by Broadmoor residents nearly a decade ago, and includes a nexus of key neighborhood anchors consisting of Andrew H. Wilson Charter School, the Rosa F. Keller Library and Community Center, South Broad Health Clinic, and various faith-based institutions and program partners.
The 11,500-square-foot Arts & Wellness Center is designed to enrich the community at every life stage by bringing together innovative, creative programs and holistic wellness services in one vibrant collaborative space.
Please save the date and make plans to join us as we celebrate the opening of the Arts & Wellness Center with a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house. We want to thank everyone who helped us realize this vision and we look forward to welcoming you into the new space!
